Jak myślicie to dobry wybór przy problemach z plecami? Zastanawiam się nad rozpoczęciem takich zajęć, znajomi w sumie polecają i mówią, że pomaga to nie tylko fizycznie, ale też psychicznie. Co myślicie na ten temat?

Podobno joga jest bardzo dobra dla kręgosłupa. Musiałbym spróbować.
