The International Weekend 2011 will be held on the 12th and 13th of November.
At Saturday the 12th we start with the Championshipshow and on Sunday the 13th the Country Competition will be held.
This year’s show will be at the Holiday Inn, Haagse Schouwweg 10, 2332 KG Leiden.
The show will begin on Saturday with the Championshipshow where the winner of both the males and the females can win 2 CAC’s. The reserve winners both the dogs and the bitches get 1 CAC. The best dog on the day is given the title Club Winner 2011. The judges for the Championshipshow are Mrs. Mandy Young ( UK ), Mrs. Claudia Sharp (USA) and Mr. Colin Bohler (SA) and Mrs. Gaye Branch ( UK ), all these judges are well known in the Bull Terrier world.
We will start the show at 09:00. There will be two big rings, one for the males and one for the bitches.

-Babyclass-, Puppyclass- en Youthclass bitches by Mrs. Claudia Sharp
-Intermediateclass-, Openclass-, Championclass- en Veteranclass males by Mrs. Mandy Young
-Intermediateclass-, Openclass-, Championclass- en Veteranclass bitches by Mr. Colin Bohler
Because of the rules of the Kennel Club the judges are not allowed to judge more than 70 dogs (max.73). We get no dispensation for this. So the organization keeps the right to change something in this outline. So don’t wait till the closing date because it’s possible that some classes will close earlier.
Entry closing date: 16 October 2011

On saturday night, there will be a party including a buffet followed by a nice dance evening. In the past, our DJ provided a very festive tone for the evening. We expect the same this year. You can sign up for this party using the attached form:

On Sunday is the Country Competition. For this event, countries send over teams to represent their country. The following judges will preside over this event: Mr. Ray Sharp ( USA ), Mr. Nico Dupreez (SA) and Mr. John Branch (UK). The judges will make their opinions independently of each other under the rules that have been designed to facilitate fair and objective results. The points system is easy to understand for both participants and spectators. For the participating countries, they are asked to create a team of eight of their best quality Bull Terriers. Each country is free to determine which dogs they delegate; the only requirements are that the animal fits the age of its category and of course the dog must have been bred in the country in which it represents. For the Dutch delegation, the Board appoints a Committee of 5 persons who put together the Dutch team.
